Section 51
Increase in pension
When the salary or allowance of an existing employee of the federal parliament service is increased, two-thirds of the increase in the initial figure of the salary or allowance will be increased in the pension amount of the retired employees of the same position. However, this provision will not be applicable in the case of employees receiving pension according to section 52.
